"The comforter had stains. Breakfast was set up with no care given to it. The front guest person was at the desk sleeping both evenings I came in. I mean you get what you pay for."
"This is the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. The elevator door had a racial slur on it, the breakfast options were terrible, the entire hotel smelled like weed, are there were ROACHES IN OUR ROOM."
"We enjoyed our stay so much we added an extra night. The ENTIRE staff was very friendly throughout the stay. We stayed in a King Suite. We believe the room may be haunted. The dresser drawers kept coming open by themselves. Very roomy. Lots of seating options within our room as well as over the property. We were up from Mississippi visiting our kids and grandkids. We were able to spend some time in the pool with them. I liked that they had additional poolside towels available. By the time we were able to make it to breakfast, which was about 8:15, it was almost all gone. Having a mini fridge and microwave in the room were beneficial. I carry insulin that must stay cold. The location is conveniently close to shopping and food. I enjoyed the BBQ place next door to the hotel. Their service was friendly, too! Unfortunately we didn’t know about the adorable old town area until we were leaving. Would have been a nice place to stroll. The one elevator was often crowded and super busy."
"We only ran across one person at the front desk during thetime we were at the hotel. She was very nice and helpful and let us into our room early. The hotel seems very rundown to me and did not feel very clean. Minimal towels and pillows were provided. One tiny bar of soap was provided. Thankfully, we did not spend too much time in the room because we wouldn’t have wanted to."
"Really nice place to stay. Good location. Lots of places to eat around hotel. Have a free popcorn machine and pop machine in lounge area to use. Pool was nice. Lenore at front desk was very pleasant. Free buffet breakfast in morning, better than the usual hotel fare. Next to a Bob Evan’s if that is more your style. Room good size. Comfortable bed, even though pillow was small they are very comfortable. Would definitely recommend to stay."
