"We were only able to stay one night, but our night at the Vallombrosa vineyard was very peaceful. The hosts were very helpful and kind and were gracious to bring me some emergency supplies. Although the property lies in a beautiful setting, it’s important to note that it takes at least 30 minutes to get to Lugano and the lake by car. "The hotel was superb. Very pleasant environment all around the hotel and staff were very helpful and friendly. Minor issue was faced with positions of the shower head - and it allowed too much water to flow on the bathroom floor. However Hotel staff was helpful and provided plenty of extra floor towels to prevent spread. I would definitely recommend the hotel for location, great environment, staff, and nice rooms."
