I highly recommend the Puffin boat tour with Turus Mara on the island of Mull. If you are staying in Oban you can book at the ferry terminal which includes a ferry to Mull, shuttle across Mull to the harbour to meet the tour boat. Remember to pack a lunch.
Words cannot describe the experience of having a few hours seeing these beautiful birds so close up and so many.

The rooms are a good size but the attraction is that they are exquisitely decorated and well-equipped.
