Trest, next to Telc, the Renaissance jewel

The hotel-chateau comes with a very pleasant park. It is located on the east side of the small town. I had a room in the adjacent building, which was fine with me, though, on a second thought, I would prefer the chateau itself. The breakfast was OK. However it is the hotel restaurant that has a great chef, a great menu, a great cuisine, and excellent service. The town like the famous Renaissance Telc just some 10 km away has an unmatched presence of poetic beauty.

Nice premise, service very average

Bins in room are not emptied each day, empty water and soda bottles let in the room during all my stay. Cleanliness of room and bathroom very approximate. Reception is fair, restaurant fine. Breakfast is disappointing,

Castle hotel! Very nice staff!

Only two of us stay in the night, but they still prepared whole room buffet breakfast! There was a kitten greeting us in the parking lot. Really warm feeling!

A caccia di ragni

Arrivo la stanza da me prenotata (suite junior )non era disponibile mi vengono proproste altre 2 stanze ,una calustrofobica e l'altra sempre una doppia con mobili orrendi.Andiamo a pranzo a durante il pasto ci dicono che magicamente che la suite junior è pronta...andiamo in stanza la stanza è arredata malissimo il lavandino e la doccia in un bagno nell'altro il lavandino e il water...stranamente piene di ragnatele(non credo avessero provveduto alla pilizia )in serata prima di scendere a mangiare ci rendiamo conto che oltre a esserci le ragnatele ci sono una marea di ragni...scendiamo per la cena facciamo presente la situazione delle ragnatele e dei ragni,torniamo in stanza dopo 1 ora nel mentre secondo la receptionist fanno le pulizione assistiamo a un invasione dopo aver ammazzato 20 ragni scendo per chiedere chiarimenti aiuto e mi dicono che la cameriera ormai è nella sua stanza e non si puo disturbare.Alla fine dobbiamo cambiare stanza (categoria minore nella depandance )ma sicuramente nuova e senza presenza di ragni che alla fine paghero al prezzo della junior suite.......direi che non è stato un gran bel soggiorno .

Castle atmosphere worth the stay.

Hotel was nice, romantic, but the town not so interesting. We choose it because of its closeness to Telc, being our main point of interest. Only 20 minute drive.

Accomodation in an Annex - not the Country House.

We stayed here for a wedding anniversary - thought the idea of a Czech country house was an excellent one. Nowhere in the literature or in the booking did it mention one stays in an Annex block away from the actual gorgeous building in the Photos. Bit of a let down. The focus of this place is almost entirley on Bussiness Conventions with the odd tourist. That said we had a meal in the Restauraunt in the evening - Excellent !! All the staff were wonderfull in the restauraunt and the Hotel. Its the room thats the let down - we were right at the furthest extremity of the annex and there was a window high up on a wall with no curtains ! Sunlight at 6am ! Too high up to get to to place a towel or anything. If it was advertised as a small room in an annex fair enough - but the whole enticement is to stay IN a country house / Castle type building so that was a let down.

Poor service!

Room interior differed significantly from pictures available online. It was somewhat outdated and looked quite used... At least the room was clean. Service was poor and staff unfriendly! Natives were preferentially served in the restaurant... The nice playground for children they advertise online was completely destructed with no alternative! Wouldn't stay there again and wouldn't recommend this hotel!

예상 밖으로 좋은 호텔이었다.

텔치에서 호텔을 구하지 못해 조금 자동차로 10여분 떨어진 곳의 호텔이었는데, 도착하니 예상 밖으로 좋은 호텔이었다. 다음에 이 근처로 여행한다면 기필코 이곳을 택하리라 생각하며, 강력하게 추천한다.

Hotel hat leider den alten, kommunistischen 80iger Jahre Charme ... Formal bestimmt alles für 3-Sterne,aber . - Charme der 80iger Jahre, keine Aura, einfach nix, schon gar nix von einem Schloß (wie z.B. das Maximilians bei MalaBoleslav) - trotz leerem Hotel, hab ich die Dachkammer bekommen, absolut enttäuschend ...
