"My room #618, had many deficiencies. 1) The tub diverter only worked half way. So only half the water was diverted to the showerhead, only half the pressure while showering. 2) the left nightstand light wasn’t working, light bulb? 3) living room tv controller not working. Used the bedroom one 3) the bedroom wall AC unit was sticking out of its case and was letting cold air in from outside. One night it was 45mph winds and I had to place towels around the AC unit. 4) Front door dealbolt could not be engaged it was stuck in the open position. None of these were that important but still I had to deal with it. "
"Overall it was a clean facility. Rooms were very spacious. The reason we booked this hotel was for spring break and the pool/water park facility. Unfortunately that was closed and we were not notified of this upon booking. Needless to say, it was a big dissatisfier. They were nice and did give us free breakfast for the inconvenience but o my because we asked."
"Hotel is a fav of my due to location and it’s boutique nature and its restaurant and bar and fabulous adjacent secret speak easy but hotel needs TLC. The outside area has been under construction for over 2 years. They shut off the water over night and had no water for my early am shower before catching an early flight"

10/10 Excellent
"I was especially impressed with the service at the breakfast buffet. Fresh food was replenished before it ran out, consistently. All staff was kind and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Pool was a bit small and crowded. But overall, great place to stay, especially when traveling with kids. "
"Staff is incredible -- helpful, friendly, accommodating. Not only did we have a wonderful stay in a great location, but the staff made the difference for us from every other hotel. They graciously loaned us a screwdriver to put batteries in a new toy and were clearly working hard during breakfast to keep supplies stocked. At checkout time, our vehicle had a dead battery, so I went to the desk to let them know we'll be late returning our keys (needed to leave parking garage). When I was explaining, the clerk said, "Oh we can help! Our maintenance worker will meet you at your car for a jump!" He was there in under 10 mins and so kind. Hyatt Place saved us probably 2hrs waiting for roadside assistance. THANK YOU to everyone who made our stay fantastic -- from front desk, to maintenance, to maids, to breakfast staff. Customer service was impressive and much appreciated. "
