"The staff is great. We have a ton of food allergies and their breakfast manager was very helpful and efficient. He never made us feel that helping us was a bother, which I really appreciated. The location is great for walking, less so for parking. They have an attached parking garage that's really convenient, but they charge an extra $25/night to park there. We found out later that if you park on the street to the west of the garage it's $1 an hour, but you're charged nothing for most of the night, so it would have cost us about $5 for our one-night stay. Still, the garage is very convenient. I highly recommend buying the breakfast through expedia. It cost us an extra $12 or so. My wife and I each had a 3-egg omelet loaded with meat & veggies and both our boys ate too. My wife says the omelet was the best she'd ever had. It's normally an $18 dish. The bill was about $64, but our $12 we'd paid previously and the vouchers we were given when we checked in covered everything but the tip. It was well worth it. Be advised, this facility has a small pool, but no hot tub. We got a kick out of the signs in the pool that said you must bathe nude, with soap, before coming to the pool. We thought it was hilarious! The facility is well-kept except that they need to replace the carpet in the elevators because it looks worn. That's one inexpensive improvement they could do that would really improve the look and feel of the facility. Another suggestion: gluten-free bread."
