There were also many gnats of some sort that came out in the evening, the moment we dropped a bit of food to the floor... The pillows were almost tissue paper. It was serviceable and clean enough, just certainly didn't have a AAA experience, nor even technically the beds I'd paid for & reserved..."

"Since I booked this trip I had issues !! When I arrived at hotel I was given room , as I went into room there was a terrible odor of mildew mold and smelled dirty . Front desk changed . New room was ok but phone didnt work. Anything I needed had to go to front desk from 9th floor. Requested room to be cleaned next day twice , house keeping never came . Breakfast was extremely crowded no sitting in dining room only one staff person servicing dining area. Food kept running out . The only positive thing I have to say is staff is hardworking . They are not the friendly but work hard. When my family and I left I can truly say we were relieved . We will never ever visit this property again . It was very old , outdated . Tv in room barely worked . Absolutely do not recommend ."
