"The only reason I didn’t rate this property as terrible was that a couple of staff really tried to provide service. No one was at the desk, and the person who should have been there never showed up. Fortunately, two staff who I found cleaning got me checked in and tried to get the room ready. There were dead bogs all over the floor at check in, by check out, there were live bugs walking around the bathroom. No smoke detector in the room and at least one light fixture had no globe over the light bulb. "
