"The day before ous stay we were informed that they had no room for us the first day. The alternative they offered was not an option in any way. The staff at the hotel was most friendly, but how this was managed is not nice on a planned vacation. "Absolutely magical property, lovely pool with great sunbeds and beautiful gardens. The room is quiet, airy, very clean and with great beds. The bathroom clean and modern and plenty of room. Breakfast was very wel presented and also more than enough choices! Everything was fresh and delicious! Staff was attentive, friendly and helpful, with beautiful smiles! We have had an absolutely wonderful and relaxing 8 days and can thoroughly recommend Willaria Country House!"

"I think management needs to inform staff to be more informative with guest No one told us how to get beach towels, coffee machine did not work, WI FI no info, basically I feel that staff was very helpful once you asked for items. The issue is most hotels provide basic info upfront and have signage to inform guests. Management needs to be better. I feel that the highlight is the beach and that is the only reason I would go back to this hotel."
