Room was super clean. Staff was very helpful at check in and accommodated this English speaker. Room makeup for second day was fine. Euro breakfast has a lot of variety, all items fresh. Good coffee too and this lactose intolerant guest liked the lactose free creamer. Location is excellent, maybe the equivalent of three city blocks to the main square. It is a nice stroll on a clean street lined with great shops including a breakfast cafe if you want to try a breakfast elsewhere. Trier is a very walkable city full of across the spectrum great dining, cool shops, and lots of kind people. When I go back, I’ll stay at the Aulmann.

A great surprise

I was rather surprised at how great this hotel is. It was in an unsuspecting area that was very close to the main plaza in Trier. The best part was the comfortable rooms equipped with air conditioning. I had the best night's rest in a long time.

As always, finding great deals at the last minute. Planned the trip a few hours before making the reservation, had to have parking as we drove to Trier. Great, convenient location to all of Trier, whether walking in Centrum or near the Mosel river, the hotel is located in a perfect spot

Got a room facing a side street with a bar with very noisy clientele. Managed to change room and when doing that the staff tells me that they have a lot of complaints for that room due to noise from the bar… Key code panel to open door, not very user friendly.

Gute Lage in der Innenstadt. Der Parkplatz war sehr praktisch. Auch das Frühstück war okay, wenn auch etwas teuer. Das Zimmer entsprach nicht ganz den Bildern, war aber zweckmäßig und für eine Nacht ausreichend.
