Loved this apartment. Great view, very quiet, very well decorated and had everything needed. Only negative was the mattress, it was very hard. No idea what the mattress was made of but doubt it had springs or foam. Great location, friendly staff. Perfect location for cruise people, very short walk to port.

What a great location! I stayed in an apartment. It looked right out onto the unity for Italy piazza. It was a huge place with some tv channels that can be switched to English. The apartment is disconnected from the main hotel so you get privacy.

Abbiamo soggiornato 1 notte in una meravigliosa stanza (Loft unità) al quarto piano nello splendido Palazzo Pitteri, proprio di fianco all hotel. Camera luminosa, spaziosissima (56mq) e con ogni comfort. Letto comodissimo. Bagno spazioso. Angolo cottura moderno e con qualche snack. Personale molto disponibile, fatto check in con signora sorridente e gentile! Posizione perfetta, in piazza Unità d Italia, attorniata da vicoli pieni di bei locali e negozi.

Very nice but construction!

Since we booked through Hotel.com I blame you. The pics showed an apartment with separate bedroom (closed off) which we need and it was an open studio. Not at all what the pics showed. 2nd, blame hotel. The place was very nice, staff awesome but still doing construction right under us. Banging on ceiling every morning starting at 7:30AM-3:30. The one day I complained, they did stop the banging. We were there for 4 days. Rained a lot Tuesday so we stayed in afternoon and listened to banging.

I stayed at the Hotel's apartments next door right on the Piazza Unite. The apartment was very nice and spacious and tastefully appointed. One of the issues was the inconvenience of the bathroom on the 1st level and the bedroom upstairs. I dealt with it and it ended up not being that big of a deal. The other issue was that it was right on the Piazza which had loud music going on til midnights most nights. Other than that it was a lovely stay and the location was awesome.

Voyageant avec notre chienne, nous avions un appartement dans l'annexe de l'hôtel. Très bien aménagé : cuisine complète, lave-linge, grande chambre. Ménage fait tous les jours avec réapprovisionnement pour le petit-déjeuner. Parfait.
