"Nice location for dining - few blocks to very nice restaurants. A few flights of stairs to the room may make it difficult for some travelers. A little walk to the main square, but not too far. Breakfast was very nice the first morning, but less served the second morning, although adequate. Overall, a nice stay and enjoyed Trieste. "

People in the hospitality business no longer listen nor care at all their customers. They prefer to lose a good customer than resolve the situation.
