"We very much enjoyed our comfortable stay at the White House Apartment. Myself and 2 of my teenagers stayed at this property for 5 nights. We didn’t get the access instructions as Expedia had said but were able to contact the host directly who responded immediately to get us in. "This was a beautiful apartment in the heart of Podstrana. A 7 minute walk to the beach and several restaurants, a 20 minute drive to Split. Sanka and Joseph were such hospitable hosts, we had everything we needed and the view from our room was incredible! The room itself is quite outdated—and while there was a washing machine, we couldn't figure out how to use it—but given the price and location, it's great value for money. "Wonderful hotel, beautiful view and close to great places to eat. The only thing we didn’t like was the dinner buffet, it had a small selection, no signs indicating what the food was and no drinks except water. There are a lot more options outside the hotel for a better price point. Indoor/outdoor pool and spa were excellent. Rooms very nice, modern and clean."
