"The property was very much work in progress the owner had just finished with unit we stayed in but some of the rooms were low ceilings upper floor made us bump ou heads. The driveway was full of work equipment which meant that our car had to parked in the road. No laundry facilities which was a no no."

"A great option for a family stay in Basel. We were travelling from the UK. Could sleep up to 6 comfortably but only one bedroom - with two double beds. Living room had 3 sofa beds - instructions provided to allow them to be flattened. Apartment was clean. Helpful touches were the two Swiss electrical adapters for the Swiss sunken style power outlets (normal round European adapters don’t fit!) as well as a kettle and toaster. "The hotel was fantastic. It was situated in the perfect position for us, as it was very close to the train station and we spent a lot of time visiting other cities via the trains. The staff were very attentive and friendly and very helpful whenever we had any questions. They gave us a Basel card on arrival to grant us free inner-city transport and 50% discount on museums, which was a great help. The room was always kept very clean and we were very warm and comfortable there. Cannot fault our stay here, it was perfect."
