"1.no electricity 2.no service what so ever , we called their restaurants at least 4 times but they did not care to pickup call 3. we had order a sandwich and after 1 hpur waiter comes and inform us it cannot be made. 4. they roof of the room was dripping in rain 5. the bathtub was broken and leaking 6. bathtub was not even cleaned the water was yellow as urine"

"Location by the side of Vaitarana lake was excellent but facilities in the room were poor, despite high tariff. Simple toiletaries were also not provided. Leakage in the tent during rains. Good quality was good. Approach road is horrible. "

We had reached the property much after the check in time. The dining area is not clean and there stray dogs and crows continuosly pestering us during lunch the first day of our stay . We preferred to eat in our rooms for the rest of our stray. Dogs were a menance at night as they would bark and move around...
