"Property is within a private road, with very limited access to visitors. There are a couple of visitors' parking spaces, but those were occupied when I arrived, so I had to park in the nearby public car park. This was free after 6pm, but I had to leave before 9am the next morning to avoid being charged for parking. Other than that, my stay was fine - room was clean and comfortable, and shared bathroom was not an issue, as I think I was the only guest that night."
"The staff are amazing and really made us feel welcome! The pub is great, with lots of history, good food and great service.
The room itself is a bit dated, but clean with a comfortable bed. Love the old town location and 16th century history."
"Very welcoming & very nice inn. Very friendly staff, great food & drinks. Delicious breakfast (and dinner)! Parking right next to the pub. For us it was the perfect place to stay for our trip to the Warner Brother Studios in London, only minutes away by car. "
"We would stay again, food excellent, bed comfortable with a great fan.
The pub could do with a tidy, bin bags near the bar and one of the tables being used an office isnt a great look.
The room was functional, slightly tired.

"I stay at this hotel very often, it is very warm and welcoming, the beds are great as is the bedding, the people are lovely and the breakfast is really good. Food is also good but pricey"
"Just enjoyed a two night stay at Holiday Inn, Aylesbury. Very friendly staff, lovely welcome. The hotel itself is very airy, extremely clean, well decorated. Our room was very spacious, the huge bed was very comfortable, plenty of storage space. The room included an ironing board and iron. The hospitality was very minimal - two tea bags, two regular and two decaf coffees and two milks. (Reception are more than happy to issue extra). We ate in the restaurant one evening, the food was plentiful and delicious as was the cooked breakfast (other breakfast options are available).
