Laundry facility was broken down the entire time of a five nights stay. Upon arrival, the two ladies at the check-in counter were very kind, polite, and hospitable. They did a super job at Customer Service. Housekeeping was fine."

"I have almost nothing but wonderful things to say about my week long stay. I thought upon check in there should be some incentive given to gamble. 10 Match play, free slot plays, SOMETHING. Instead I was given a $10 slot play as I was checking out.... Counterintuitive if you ask me. But overall? 4.8 out of 5. I do wish there was 24 food available, or it would have been a 5. The hours the restaurants ARE open, they serve amazing food and really good prices. My room was perfect. "

We loved having breakfast with the other guests each morning, sharing delicious food and stories of our respective adventures in the redwoods. The ocean views are incredible and the bed was extremely comfortable. 10/10. "
