"The property is beautiful. The restaurant waiters are the best!!
On the lowlight, the shower’s hot water didn’t properly work, and the beach in front of the hotel was quite dirty.
Overall we’d stay again at this hotel, but it’s a little bit overpriced."

-The staff spoke poor english. To run more than 300 suites you need people speaking english.
-On arrival we paid the city tax. I noted after paying that it did not match the amount on the itinerary, they "said that expedia would not know the local rate." I said that they should look at it if Expedia has wrong information as it's misleading and they said that I...
"Beautiful area and so close to the beach and restaurants. The hotel is basic but not a problem at the price and location. The staff are very nice, breakfast is decent. Aircon works and free parking was pretty easy in late June. "
"La struttura seppur basica è estremamente confortevole ed è munita di tutto. Il personale davvero molto molto gentile, disponibili e carinissimi. Le camere non grandissime ma spaziose. C'e anche un ristorante dove si cena e si pranza ed il cibo è davvero ottimo. "We stayed in one of their comfort rooms which seemed to recently been renovated. It gave a very fresh and clean appearance in comparison to other hotels in Sardinia that we stayed at. Helpful staff. Breakfast with a view of the mountains. However breakfast in Sardinia (which applies to this hotel aswell) is not like the intercontinental breakfast you would get in other countries. "Fantastic hotel overlooking Spiagga Della Conca Verde and the La Maddalena islands. Amazing rooms, amazing staff, amazing breakfast on the deck overlooking the pool and beach. They have there own umbrellas and chairs by the beach. There’s also a snack bar and boat hire place on the beach. Can’t rate this hotel highly enough. We can’t wait to come back. "
"Es sind drei Wohnkomplexe. Unsere hatte 2 Schlafzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer, Meerblick und schönen Pool. Das Appartement ist insgesamt recht klein, einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Eine Sachen waren kaputt (Handtuchhalter, Türgriff Küchenschrank, Glühbirne, Abfluss, Balkontür). Die zwei Damen vor Ort waren sehr nett und bemüht und es kam auch schnell ein Handwerker. The restaurant and the breakfast were ok with good variety of food and drinks but not top notch quality ( eggs were cold , line up at the coffee machine , no variance throughout the whole week )
Otherwise the rooms and the sea view were amazing and the place is new and very clean

"Reviews and pictures should carry a warning that this is a very isolated hotel which purports to be 4 star but service wise is barely 2 star. We stayed for 5 nights, booked well in advance. Our first room was the fully enclosed, disabled room, not suitable. We had requested a sea view but according to the manager also needed to ask for a balcony as well!! We were moved the next day to a side balcony, no view for 3 nights and then told we needed to move next door for our final night. No apology or compensation was offered, it was as though it was our fault! We were not surprised when we went to breakfast, no welcome, no explanation of the service and staff who looked like work was an inconvenience. Coffee machine queues, food not replenished (or fresh) and plenty of flies everywhere. Staff did not clear tables until they felt like it, hence visiting birds had a field day. Overall I feel the management need to audit and review its customer experience, it is not good. The only positive person to mention is Alejandro the pool attendant, very efficient. STAY WELL AWAY this hotel is poor."
