"As soon as you walk in the lobby looks beautiful, but once in the hallways it was blowing Cold air (with a blizzard outside), the pool room had mold and algae growing on the floors and walls- no ventilation, the room stunk and was so dusty and outdated. Felt disgusted."

"The property appears to be under new management, and we had a great experience during our stay. The front desk staff were very friendly and greeted my family right away. They were polite, attentive, and consistently checked in to see if we needed room cleaning or any extra amenities, which made us feel very welcomed. The breakfast was delicious, though there is some room for improvement. The seating area, especially the chairs, could use a deeper cleaning or steam treatment as they appeared a bit dirty. We stayed in a double queen room, which was very spacious, and the bathroom was exceptionally clean. The swimming pool was a bit small, but still enjoyable for the kids. Overall, we enjoyed our stay—it was affordable, comfortable, and conveniently located near the event we attended."

It was well maintained, relaxing, and a perfect way to unwind. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt peaceful and comfortable, and you can tell the team takes pride in keeping everything in great shape. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well‑run place to stay in the Mequon/Milwaukee area."
