"On our 2nd and final night we returned at 22h30 to find a faulty door lock so could not enter the apartment. Tried calling agent but no answer just a message saying ti call a certain number. It was the same number so what was the point of that message! So had to find a hotel late at night and had only clothes we were stood up in. "Excellent staff and property. Breakfast was fabulous. We booked here to walk Cinq Terre and it was so handy by train. The village also had lots of bars and restaurants.
