"I was not told that I had to request for my room to be cleaned daily. Every time I came back to the hotel at night, my key would not work. Regardless of me, keeping it separate from other devices in my pocket. My room was a mile and a half From the front desk and I had to go up there almost every evening. I was there to visit my disabled son in a nearby nursing home. I can’t tell you how exhausted I would be every time I’d come back to the hotel only to have to walk a mile and a half to get a new key. Furthermore, my card was hacked the next day after I used it for my deposit. I believe that my card was hacked at the Quality Inn.I spoke to Kent, the manager at the front desk and he tried to indicate that because I had paid less because of Expedia that perhaps I should expect less than good service. The beds were incredibly lumpy. There were two in my room and they both were bad and I’ve slept in hundreds of hotels as I’ve traveled and that’s the worst beds I’ve ever had. The breakfast was horrible. They had the same apples every single day instead of at least sometimes having some other type of fruit. It was a terrible experience and I would like my money back. And you should do something about the fact that my card was hacked the very next day after I used it at the Quality Inn. "

"As soon as we got off the elevator to go to the room my husband immediately started sneezing. We could hear a dog barking and it sounded like it was in the room next door to us. I asked the front desk what the dog policy was because my husband had really bad allergies and she said yes we except dogs and we charge extra for them to stay. I asked what accommodations do they offer for people with allergies and she looked at me like I had no right to ask. As a matter of fact Thats the only time she even looked at me because while I was inquiring she didn’t even want to acknowledge me. I also got charged the accidental fee. For what I do not know. But I’m over marriott!"

"Everything was great just didn’t like the fact that the sauna wasn’t to clean the floors was dirty and the door wouldn’t stay closed so most of the steam was leaving out. The pool was great nice and warm clean towels folded neat and staff was great very nice people. No complaints besides the sauna "
