The receptionist organised a taxi for us when it was snowing really hard, most taxi firms were not answering (I guess due to weather) but she persevered and managed to get us to train station for our onward travel. Breakfast was amazing. Lovely touch having actual honeycomb that drips honey into pot."

"The hotel was very beautiful and so very well maintained. The staff are excellent and the breakfasts were a delight. Will definitely go back. The location worked well for as we were there for the Olympics and used the train daily to get to the venues. Plus the proximity to restaurants, walks through town and shopping made for a grand experience "
