Nice and clean hotel

Very nice hotel! Rooms , spa and common space renewed. Everything was extra clean. Location very convenient . Receptionist friendly and helpful. Just minor thing to improve: mattresses are quite soft but nevertheless, we had a good night sleep. We will be back!

Für eine Nacht war das Hotel perfekt. Der Wellnessbereich ist zwar klein, hat aber alles was man für eine Entspannung nach einem anstrengenden Tag bracht.

Fast wie in Österreich!

Wir wurden im Hotel Helvetia besonders freundlich umsorgt und fühlten uns fast wie in Österreich. Und das will etwas heissen in der Schweiz! Das Hotel verfügt über einen kleinen SPA Bereich und auch sonst alles was man benötigt ohne viel Schnick-Schnack. Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Verbesserungsfähig: - Frühstück (für den Preis) - Qualität des Kaffees beim Frühstück

Kein Warmwasser und Spa defekt

Hotel entspricht Dreisternestandard, also etwas spartanische Ausstattung, aber sauber. Allerdings konnten wir an einem Tag nicht warm duschen. Erklärung: Das Hotel war voll gebucht, und wenn viele Gäste gleichzeitig duschen, reicht das warme Wasser nicht. Wir sollten eine Stunde warten und dann würde es wieder gehen. Schlecht, wenn man eine Reservierung in einem Restaurant in 45 min hat… An einem anderen Tag waren im Spa sowohl die Sauna als auch das Dampfbad defekt und nicht benutzbar. In beiden Fällen freundliche Entschuldigungen vom Personal, aber auch nicht mehr. Auf meine Frage beim Checkout, ob das Hotel denn darüber nachgedacht hätte, uns irgendeine Entschädigung für die nicht erbrachten Leistungen zu gewähren, musste sich zunächst telefonisch rückversichert werden (aktiv wurde also nichts angeboten), bevor man schließlich 10 SFr (sic!) von der Rechnung abzog. Bei fünf Nächten Aufenthalt und Gesamtkosten von über 1000 SFr ist das unangemessen wenig.

Nous avons choisi exprès un hôtel avec spa pour se détendre après notre marche Jakuzzi froid mais aucune inquiétude des responsable sur le moment et au jour du départ! Nous payons un certain pris pour avoir un service qui n est pas là.

Au top !

Nous faisions une marche de plusieurs jours avec une escale dans cet hôtel. A notre arrivée, nous étions trempé. L’hôtel nous a alors gentiment proposé de faire sécher nos affaires, le sauna a été allumé pour nous, service au top ! Le patron, le personnel et le service sont super sympas. Et l’hôtel est vraiment très bien ! Nous reviendrons !

Sehr sauber & schön. Wir kamen am frühen Abend an. Die Vorhänge waren wahrscheinlich wegen der Simmerhitze zugezogen, das fand ich sehr angenehm. Der kleine Wellnessbereich ist eine Wohltat nach langer Fahrt & es braucht gar nicht mehr. Für die Kinder gab es eine Vergünstigung für das Frühstück-super!
