"Reception staff were excellent. So lovely and helpful. Breakfast was great. The spa facilities and amenities were excellent, pool was incredible, super relaxing. Great location, really convenient. Only reason to give 4 stars instead of 5 was that the shower gel wasn't replenished during the daily clean."
