An ok hotel. Asked for a recommendation for seeing the northern lights and this girl at recepton sent me to a local park / lake. She said it was only a 25 minute walk. She forgot to mention that it up a very steep hill for most of that time which makes it an hour walk. And due to the ice it was extremely slippery doing that walk. I ended up slipping over and hurting my back. I then found out the next day the lights were visible from the hill where the cable car takes you Don’t take this recommendation if you aren’t fit. The breakfast was good and the guy that check me in was lovely. The beds were extremely hard, like sleeping on a brick. A very good shower. Overall ok but I left disappointed due to bad advice from a staff member.

Great, well run hotel. Rooms are clean. If you like space, you might find the rooms compact, particularly the bathroom. However, if your room is a pace to rest and keep clean, then it's absolutely fine. The breakfast buffet is excellent. A wide range of foods and plenty of it. They also provide free tea and coffee through the day, with biscuits and also waffles in the evening. I booked my whale watching and northern light excursions with reception, and they were able to advise well. The hotel is an economical option, and does a great job. I'd stay there again.

The service (breakfast) and all day light drinks, the people are all very nice, the location is the best. The property is out dated, the bed is really small and soft.
