"This place is 100% beautiful and very safe - the only issue with them is that they don’t have a shuttle service which makes it complicated when you do not have a car. Having shuttle service will make guests like us more comfortable because having a taxi or an uber picking you or dropping you inside the facilities is very tedious due to the extreme entrance and security rules. If the Hotel had a shuttle service in place - then they will have a clearance to come in and out the compound. The other suggestion is that they improve the pool furniture and decor - it looks outdated - the place is gorgeous and definitely has room for improvement. Thanks! Yasna B. Sauls "
"Our total experience was fantastic. From the ideal location to the picturesque views out our balcony to the wonderful food at the hotel’s restaurant, Stag. However, what stood out most of all was the fantastic service and how we were treated. The property is family owned and that’s exactly how they treated us - like family. Received a tour of the property’s expansion currently under construction - Wow, it’s going to be amazing. First rate, would recommend without reservation!"
"Such an amazing stay at the CHARMING hotel. It felt other-worldly! The actual building is the cutest! The breakfast was delicious every day. The room had so much character and was very comfortable. I looked all aroud the Bariloche area for the perfect hotel and I am SO glad I chose this one!!!"
"A wonderfully polished and upscale hotel with amazing views, picturesque and close to all the activities one could wish for in Patagonia. The Moreno wing is definitely the one to stay at given it is more modern. The gym, the spa and the daily activities were great complements for a fully relaxed yet active vacation in this amazingly beautiful part of Argentina. "
"Old world charm done right. At El Casco Art Hotel, we were surrounded by paintings; sculptures and furniture that offered a sensory delight. The staff were exceptional, catering to all our needs. You know when professional feels cold and perfunctory, this was the opposite. The staff of El Casco were warm and helpful, leaving no stone unturned in making our experience unforgetable. From the turndown service to the play list at breakfast (I may have boogied a time or two), we felt welcomed and pampered. Shout out to Giancarlo, Tomas and Juan. We highly recommend this hotel."
