"Hotel was amazing. The ocean view from the room was also amazing. Great experience for being my first time there. Great staff service from day one. Great service from Luis as he helped us carry out luggage’s for 13 of us. Con: Should work on elevators as they take really long time to get to the floors plus it showed max of 6 people but sometimes if there was 4 people there was 1 that had to get out for overload."

"We loved our time at Tres.Muejeres. Troncones is. Quiet town and relaxing is a premium. Most staff were wonderful. Housekeeping was great and helpful as was front desk staff (wish I remembered names - one nice gentleman didnt speak English, but with my little Spanish we managed - the other was new and spoke English). However, there were moments the entire staff would congregate on the common areas and it seemed they were talking about us. They looked at us, laughed, and said some words that I could understand. Maybe its important for the entire staff to treat guests well,especially when I am trying with Spanish. If it were reverse, I would help and not laugh and speak as though they don't think I understand. This did not take away from our enjoyment and relaxation. We would return!"

"The beach is private so you don’t have people coming up trying to sell you trinkets, jewelry, etc. it is also stunning, the view is gorgeous. We went late February early March both years and got to see whales and sting rays jumping in the bay. I think the pool is a bit far from the beach and there is only one pool that’s adults only. The family pool is the infinity pool looking over the ocean. I feel the family pool should be the lower pool. Staff is wonderful and the whole place is beautiful and authentic."
