"This was easily the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Very surprised that Expedia retain it. Nothing like photos. My original room was so bad, I was given a better one after a couple of days, but still the taps and tv didn't work properly. Various patched up fittings. Windows in very bad state. ..."

"Lovely villa and convenient location for Porth beach. We had booked for 5 but on arrival there was only bedding and towels for 4. Staff sorted this out super quickly and could not be more helpful. The pool was heated so was a good alternative to braving the freezing seas!"
