Hotels near Tropical Breeze Massage

"I really like this hotel, its the 2nd time we have stayed here. The rooms are nice. The location is great. It is very near the greenway, which allows you to walk to DT Manhattan Beach. Its a lovely walk. I like the pool and hot tub area. However, one issue we had was the timing of room cleaning. Had this issue last year too. They never cleaned our room until late afternoon. After 3 or 4pm. We like to come back to our room at mid or late afternoon to nap and shower and get ready for the evening. The cleaning schedule disrupted our schedule. I asked about it last year....even asked for an early cleaning one day because we had plans. It did not go over well, they made a BIG deal about it. So didnt bother asking this year. But we were stuck sitting outside in the courtyard 2 days killing time waiting for them to finish cleaning our room when we were tired and just wanted to nap. I have never experienced this at another hotel. "

"This 1 star (not two and a half) stars motel (not hotel), has staff who act like they are working at the Marriott. Girls (not ladies) working at the desk in the evening needs a refresher on customer service. First time in California and first impression of them was “yuk.” Let’s be real, though the room seems kept, it’s not high class but the staff did not make up for what is lacking in room quality. Unfortunately reviews and online pictures do not give true descriptions of rooms. Well, I will not be staying here again or even recommend. Not because of the very low class rooms, but due to the customer service. The staff did not even tell me where to go, she just gave me the room key and told me the number. Never been here before, so had to figure it out. Staff does not present professionally. Sits and scrolls on her phone. Seems more like I’m going into the stable where Jesus Christ was born more than a hotel. The stable was even more welcoming. Wave Hotel, you can ‘wave’ your recommendation goodbye. Of course you will still get business because of your location and convenience. I have learned a big lesson, but such is life experience. Thank you. The breakfast is. Joke. Broken juice machine, stale bagel and left over sweets. Waffle is awful. Thank goodness for Starbucks across the street where I can do proper breakfast. Thank goodness for all the shops, restaurants, malls, many, many, food places around the area. After my stay I actually went to read the reviews."

"Got switched from a room with pool views due to air conditioning not working, to a room looking out to the backside of the Aloft hotel Expensive overnight parking- ridiculous! Our 2nd room got cleaned once in our three night stay and mold in the bathroom under sink- explains breathing issues Breakfast just ok- no potatoes and sausage could be cooked longer "

"My wife and I had a great experience at Hotel Hermosa. The property is loaded with great features and entertainment. Our room was a suite with an ocean view. I felt like the price point was great, especially for the location. My only gripe would be paying for overnight parking but given the area, I guess that makes sense."
