"Should be renamed Brera Un-Serviced Apartments as during our stay it was completely un staffed. There was not a soul around to help with the nightmare check-in or anything else. Online chat said no-one was around due to illness. But this was a poor excuse for abandoning guests .. particularly as check in was unnecessarily difficult. A good company would have had replacement staff and put notices up saying the office was shut. Not good enough "

"I was travelin with my parents to visit family in Ulm. We stayed in Singen prior to our return flight from ZRH. We LOVED our short stay at the MIA. The room was so beautifully decorated and comfortable and the amenities were equally good. And we loved our interactions with the staff. You can tell they take great pride and satisfaction in their work to make guests feel at home and have a pleasant stay. We will definitely be coming back! "
