"Our room wasn't very clean - there were hairs on the shower wall (not ours), an empty water bottle on the nightstand (again, not ours), and sticky stuff on the desk. When we put the sign on the door to get maid service, they never did it - bed was still unmade, no new towels, ... We won't be staying ..."

"Very clean room, breakfast was awesome, staff were great. Hot tub and pool area were too small for the size of the hotel. We didn’t get to use it because of so many children in both the pool and hot tub. Nice area around the hotel. Thank you"
