"This is a great place to stay. The staff is wonderful. Always ready to help you if you need any help the rooms are clean. I do wish that they had plates and silverware and stuff in the rooms but I understand why they don't otherwise I give them 100% great. Robin Smith"

"I needed to stay the night somewhere in a pinch as it was a rough day of air travel, it was late and I had a decent drive ahead of me to get home. This place was what you might expect for the price. It was quiet, Bed was clean and comfortable, Bathroom was clean but run down. Floors in room didn’t look clean? I Would have appreciated lotion as most of my toiletries were still in my suitcase which was delayed in arriving. Over all good though."

"None of the rooms had a working air conditioner—the AC was completely nonfunctional. The staff informed us that their system is very old and will take time to replace, so please be cautious before booking. The male staff member at the reception was not helpful at all. Overall, the rooms were not very clean."

"This was our 3rd time in a 5-6 week span and it was the least favorite one. The bed we had was so firm it was hard to sleep, both mornings there was not coffee except for a machine in lobby. With all that, We will stay again & normally this is our favorite place when coming through town. Worth staying here even when they have a bad day! "

"The property is unique and we enjoyed the grounds. The customer interface from staff could use some work. Waiting at the front desk while employees complain about guests is a turn off. Along with the snotty eye-rolling bar staff, or the breakfast waitstaff's whole hearted disclaimer that they could not guarantee the safety of my food from allergens in their kitchen rather than a "we care about your health, we will do our best" If it were my property, I would ask my staff to contain their feelings while on the floor, rather than dissolve my asset with bad vibes. Since this is a downward trend in my experience at this business, I may not return again soon. "

"I don't want to give a bad review. This is one of my favorite places to stay. I routinely book here. My experience wasn't great this time around. I was placed in the wrong room, appears my room was given to someone else. Anyone that books here knows room selection is key. The room I was given was nice and clean, the TV worked one day but not the next. Staff is always great, rooms are clean and city is friendly and welcoming. I will return and stay again."
