"Shawn that took care of the breakfast was PHENOMENAL!!!!! He was SO efficient! SO helpful and kind! He kept the food coming out and CLEAN. I just called the hotel to find out his name for this review.... SHAWN.... THANK YOU. The eating area was IMMACULATE and beautiful. Best I've seen at any hotel! I appr6yhey wermt playing the news!!! Who can eat peacefully with disturbing news and images? It was Sports center. That was wholesome and comforting. The rooms were beautiful. The carpets in the rooms appear dated and not very clean. The lamps were dusty and that only matters to our allergies. It was bad but not enough of an issue to stay away! Lol we are staying a week for new years! The place and STAFF are so nice!!!! Front desk was very nice. The areas in and out were clean and welcoming. The grounds were fabulous. The carpets and couch were the only two things I'd change. The couch, like the rugs , felt unclean to me. The fabric..... And dated. I could be wrong but that's the only negatives to this FABULOUS PLACE. "
