Le logement est très propre et bien situé. la literie est très bien. Cependant, je déplore un problème d’acoustique . On entendait les personnes sur le trottoir comme si la fenêtre était ouverte. (il faudrait poser l'entrée d'air acoustique qui manque)

Chambre spacieuse, propre. Literie très confortable. Chambre sur cour calme. Seul bémol : il faudrait rajouter des rideaux ou stores à la fenêtre devant la salle de bain et sur les carreaux de verre car chambre beaucoup trop lumineuse dès le lever du jour

The wifi doesn't work. There is no elevator and it's really hard to move our stuffs up to the 3rd floor. But the location is very good as well as the room is quite good.

Concept curieux sans accueil. Un peu petit pour un studio. Un gros bémol sur l'insonorisation de tous côtés: voisins et rue. Par contre très bonne literie et le centre ville très proche à pieds.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral mit einem öffentlichen Parkplatz direkt gegenüber. Da man mit Hilfe eines Codes ins Hotel und ins Zimmer kommt, braucht man unter Umständen gar keine Berührung mit dem Personal. Das Zimmer war sauber, nicht sehr groß, aber mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, nebst einer kleinen Kücheneinrichtung zur Selbstversorgung. Tee und Kaffee für die jeweils erste Tasse waren vorhanden. Kleiner Nachteil: kein Aufzug. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war prima.

Il fait plus de 37 degrés dans la chambre pas de climatisation donc nous avons était obligés de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes toute la nuit. Il y avait énormément de bruit dehors donc’ous N’avons pas pu dormir

Quick and easy

I didn’t even have to meet anyone. After paying, I was e-mailed a code to enter the building and my room. The room was charming and comfortable and in a great location. A market and all the interesting monuments were only a few steps away. The small kitchen was definitely a plus! My only complaint is that there was no air conditioning. Pros: easy check in/out, great location, clean, stove, coffee maker, and mini fridge Cons: no air conditioning; it can get pretty noisy in the daytime, but at night everything is quiet enough to get a good night’s sleep

L'appartement était très confortable et en plein centre de Troyes, ce qui est très pratique. A noter : il n'est pas possible de demander à payer sur place, il faut payer en avance pour recevoir le code d'accès à l'immeuble et la chambre.Nous avons rencontré un problème à ce sujet, heureusement le gérant a été très réactif.

Appartement de charme, très propre et avec tout le nécessaire (cuisine, etc ...) Point négatif : il donne sur la rue qui est très bruyante (fenêtre mal isolée).

J'y reviendrai !

Ustensiles cuisine largement suffisants. Très bien situé. Propre et bonne literie. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Seul bémol :coin douche /toilette un peu juste pour un grand gabarit. Le "cachet "de ce petit studio nous a agréablement surpris :ça change de l'uniformité des chaînes habituelles.

Prestation déplorable

Pas de personnel sur place. le code d’accès fournir avec la réservation erroné. Environ 1h30 avant d'avoir une solution avec SMARTAPPART de Lorient et HOTEL.COM. Et encore merci à eux. Deux lettres de relance pour avoir un geste commercial, a ce jour rien. A éviter.
