"When we arrived, woman at the reception said, that they don’t have my booking, although, I booked and paid it 2 weeks before check-in. Anyway, they gave us an another room but without the shower even without mentioning of compensation and excuses. Everything was terrible. Completely terrible. Don’t even consider this place for your stay. Never."

"Our room was spotless and cleaned every day and fresh towels were put out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, close to the town centre, the bus depot, train station and shopping. We felt very safe and secure which was important for us as seniors. We didn’t have to climb stairs which was great."
