Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel is a good hotel located in the crowded Old Quarter. The hotel room is updated and offers a nice respite from the sites and sounds outside. It is compact, but comfortable and clean. Breakfast is included and is good. There is an interesting and intelligent young lady who works the breakfast shift - I'm sorry I don't know her name. The hotel is reasonably priced and all the staff is helpful and professional.

"イオンが近いので予約したが道路工事中のため、遠回りする必要があった。 ビンマート等の売店も近くにあります。 バス停は少し歩いた場所かイオン前なので荷物が多い場合はタクシー移動が無難です。 部屋は綺麗で広く快適でした。 難点は予約時にクレカで支払い済みでしたが、 チェックアウト時に支払いを求められたくらいです。 expediaで予約したと伝えても確認に少し時間がかかりました。 宿泊後にメッセージせ 何かファイルが送られてきましたが、 何のファイルかわからないため開きませんでした。"
