"Misleading advertisement and management didn’t respond when we complained. I booked a cabin via hotels.com at Finca el Mazo for my family including our two young children. It was advertised as being family friendly with lots of activities including swimming pool, football, games room and basketball. "Good location, within walking distance to Guggenheim museum, and funicular train, clean room, but view is less than desirable, decent breakfast, spacious bathroom but lacking hooks and shelves for towels and toiletries. Hotel car park was full, so had to use public car park which was 8 minutes walk away but at a cheaper rate if parking ticket is stamped by hotel."
