"My room has a lot of issues, mold on the floor around the shower and the wallpaper in the bathroom is ripping off the drywall. The fridge has mold in it also. Not a very clean room for the price. Check in staff was wonderful. "

"I stayed here with my son for a father-son skiing trip. People were nice. Amenities were great, including a hot tub and sauna. Morning coffee was amazing. They have a fire place and board games for the evening. Room was clean and roomy. I would definitely stay here again!! "

"We ended up going on a diff weekend due to storm blocking roads. Nice they allowed us to change despite policy. However few problems with our stay 1. Housekeeping. We asked for extra comforter / duvet as we had 4 guests in that each preferred own blanket. Multiple times had to re-ask as housekeeping kept taking them during cleaning and turndown. On top of this there were some shelves covered in thick layer of dust. Superficial job. 2. Food was OK. Manzanita was decent but lobby and taco place weren’t very good. 3. Main pool and hot tub closed for maint. Spa pool was open for use but was looking forward to hot tub. 4. Ski in / out not possible due to lack of snow — sometimes a ski Sherpa from Northstar would help drive down guests, but only if you had a lesson otherwise they’d fuss. So either hike down mountain with skis or take 2 gondolas."
