"Clean small hotel in a residential safe and quiet area but looks like walls are not insulated enough because you can hear lots of noise, people walking, doors opening and closing, music, etc. Service was great, all employees were excellent and the breakfast buffet was awesome."

"I liked the hotel and the rooms; it was affordable. However, I didn’t like the way the lady at the reception talked to me like she was the owner of that place. Please train your staff in customer service. Also, she refused to accept my U.S. passport, and I had to pay taxes for my stay, even though I told them my entry date to Peru. Their excuse was that it’s because I’m Peruvian. I am both Peruvian and American, I have dual citizenship and live in the U.S. I’ve never had these problems with...

"Muy decepcionado y molesto, una de las habitaciones no era la reservada y ante mi reclamo la cambiaron, la otra habitacion con la ventana y la puerta del baño deterioradas, la ventana sin seguro y la puerta del baño no habria, cambiaron a otra habitación y al regresar a descansar el piso estaba lleno de agua hasta debajo de las camas, la persona encargada del mantenimiento brillaba por su ausencia, no recomiendo este hotel que en lugar de ser de 3 estrellas, no merece ninguna."
