"We chose this hotel because an indoor pool was listed as an amenity. When we checked in, we were told the pool was out of service, but we could use it anyway, if we wanted. When we looked at the pool, it was awful, with leaves floating on the surface and a towel at the bottom. A bar on the top floor was advertised. When we made our way there for a drink, we couldn't find it, because it was shut down. Once we go to our room, we took our shoes off and tried to get comfortable. That was a mistake. The carpets were gross and our socks were dirty in minutes. The bathrooms were terrible, with fixtures coming off the walls and flickering lights behind the mirror. When we tried to call the front desk to ask for more towels, we discovered there was no phone in the room. This was the worst hotel experience my family has ever had, and we highly suggest finding another place to stay."
