"This is a lovely classic hotel, very well-maintained, the staff are all very professional and personable, and in a very nice neighborhood."

"Location is perfect and the rooms and bathrooms are very good size. The materials used in this hotel are very pleasing, good grade and comfortable. Water pressure and temperature is perfect and the AC works far better than most hotels. There were mutiple noise issies, similar to a piston of compressed air, none external to hotel, and perhaps linked to the AC, or not --all somewhat disruptive to rest, but in the end nothing some ear plugs did not solve-- the positives far outweighed this issue (which could be room dependent or even temporary, but went on good portions of teo evenings). I just wish the evening desk person had an iota of concern about investigating or mitigating a guest concern/report, instead of "who knows, too bad, might be from outside" general attitude and suggesting conveying issue to AM clerk. Minor issue but too dissmissive."

The staff deserves the highest praise – incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling, they made us feel right at home. "Warm greetings at all times from staff and a comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. My only concern was a background sound, or hum, I assume from the air-con or heating services, that was present the entire time. Took a while to get to sleep. I stayed just the one night so no big deal. "

"Perfect in every way. Check in was quick, easy with excellent service. We were on the second floor and the room was a good size. The bathroom was spotless and a great size. The bed was really comfy, we had great nights sleep. We only had breakfast there once which was very good, but it's on the expensive side for Bydgoszcz. The bar area was relaxing and the roof terrace is amazing with fantastic views. Can't wait to come back. "
