This hotel was amazing. We spent 6 nights and had a great time. The service and amenities are of high quality. The breakfast and food in general is very good. Our kids (age 3.5 and 6.5) enjoyed all the kids amenities like the pool, slides, football camp, table tennis and kids-club. The rooms are spacious and clean. We had a separate room for the kids with a bunk bed where they were able to play. Really recommend this hotel. Thank you!

Top class family hotel

In summary an excellent hotel, rooms are great, hotel facilities are great, food is also great plus the staff is super helpful. One of the most kid friendly hotel we have been with heated pools, kids club and even a small kid parks close by plus many other attractions and walking paths to explore with your family nearby. The food is excellent i really liked the concept of this high end buffet where fish and meat are cooked at the minute in front of you, and there is plenty of choices of various foods including pasta pizza salads with water already included as well. Defensively highly recommended, cannot wait to return back.

Perfect place for a family ski holiday! We were lucky to have our room ready at 11am already. Nice and friendly staff during check-in and great support to unpack and park the car. Great room with a lot of storage and proper beds. Also the treatments in the spa were good for both adults as teens. It is paradise for children (especially the pool with water slides) and that means happy parents as well. The only thing that we could not appreciate is that obviously guests find it normal to act ridiculous to get in the shuttletrain to the cable cars in the morning. They even did not pay attention to smaller children which almost felt on the floor! Furthermore we found it a bit weird that guests are walking in the restaurant with bathrobe and fitflops and children in pyjamas and even barefoot . From an hygienic point of view something we could not appreciate as well. But it is not the hotel or staff to blame but common sense of the guests
