"The separate bedrooms were appreciated after a few weeks traveling with the family. Nice to be close to a big grocery store and an epic thrift store. "

"We stayed in adjoining rooms (3 of us). I loved having my own room but still close to my grown sons. They liked it too. Great bath salts of many different scents and the razors were great too. Perfect location in Hiroshima to hop on the Shinkansen—super convenient. Beds were big and comfy and kettle was easy to use. Everything in the rooms were spotless. "
"We loved staying here. The room was very nice and the hotel is connected to the station. The tub in the bathroom is quite tall and takes some effort to step into. There is a breakfast buffet for 3700 yen. Pricy but a very nice buffet with many small Japanese dishes. The front desk staff and hotel info desk were incredibly helpful. They helped us make a restaurant reservation and told us about a local festival. (Note we were speaking to them in Japanese but I know others were speaking English). The only downside was we were expecting there to be a coin laundry in the hotel
and there wasn’t. They told us about a place a few blocks away but we didn’t use it. You can ask the hotel to do your laundry and they charge by the piece. "
"Nice hotel. Rooms were new and clean. We couldn’t use the bath facilities, but there were complimentary drinks and snacks throughout the day on the 14th floor. Would stay here again."
"I’m surprised at the many variety of bread at breakfast. Staff are kind and allowed me to leave my luggage with to the afternoon of my check out date. Thank you for their kindness. Definitely will come back if I am in town. "
"stay was fantastic...comfortable room, breakfast restaurant had an large selection of items and hotel was very conveniently situated. only downside was the Japanese restaurant not being open for dinner."
