An exceptional hotel experience from start to finish. This truly delivers a 5-star standard in every sense. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, making the stay feel welcoming and seamless. The breakfast menu was outstanding, with a great variety of high-quality options to suit all tastes. The location is extremely convenient, making it easy to explore and get around the city. The room itself was excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Very conveniently located hotel with paid parking (definitely a bonus in Okinawa). We stayed here 6 nights and found the hotel to be a great base for exploring the island. With a 7-11 and Family Mart downstairs, it was super convenient to get snacks and breakfast. All the staff was very friendly. Parking was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in a private room. It was great. Very quiet and enjoyable. Room was a little bigger than the Japanese standard I would say. The public bath was great and it is tattoo friendly which worked well for us. Amazing location. Great beds. Would stay again.
