"Hotel Tappi is an outstanding place to stay to relax and enjoy the scenic view of the ocean bay. Superb food choice for dinner. The Japanese onsen was great and relaxing for a stress-free stay. My family and I plan on coming again next year to stay and enjoy the surrounding area. "

"スキーを楽しむために滞在しました。元は西武のプリンスホテルでしたが、何度か売られ今は、シンガポールの会社が運営しているとのことです。建物は古いですが、メンテナンスされて使われていることがわかります。サービスの質が日本のホテルと比較するとあまりよい印象ではありませんでした。例えば、チェックインは厳密に15時にならないとさせてくれません。リフト券は、宿泊者割引などはありません。食事はビッフェスタイルなのにトレーが無く、コーヒーを部屋に持ち帰る紙コップは用意されていません。ホテルだけではなく、ゲレンデのリフトやレストランも同じ感じがします。
清潔であり、設備も整っていて一見丁寧にサービスされているように見えるのですが、どことなく冷たく感じ、おもてなしの心が足りない気がしました。"
