"Casino was clean and lots of activities. Staff was very pleasant, arrived early and was able to get into room. Did not even see a pool but signs saying pool closed. Hot tub was tiny and sidewalks area to it full of snow, not accessible. "

"Great cleanliness and friendly staff. Overall condition was really good, but some details were less than ideal. Having to go back and forth in the enclosed skyway was better than having to transit outdoors but was not very convenient. The consistency and availability of hot water was not good. The shower either could not regulate the water temperature or no hot water was available at all. The convenience center near the check in desk had few or no options for diet soft drinks. The smaller meeting rooms were great, but the large meeting room we were given was long and very narrow, which was not a very effective facility for a group of nearly 150 attendees. Off premises dining and shopping was not particularly convenient. "
