The hotel staffs were very helpful with everything, The room was super clean and the location is very convenient to the river and the sites we visited, the sky-bar on the top floor with the river view is amazing. Good place to stay in Hanoi.

The shining hotel was a lovely place to stay in Hanoi. The rooms and staff were lovely and really enjoyed the pool/bar area, especially at night. The staff were fantastic as it was very hot and they did a great job up there

Great spot in the middle of the city with many things walking distance from hotel. Good places for food, breakfast/ lunch/ dinner as well as for shopping. Great view from room as well. Staff was awesome and very friendly.
