"The hotel is very quiet even thought it is located near the legian beach. Just a short walk from the noisy main road. A lots of food choice nearby and Beachwalk mall is of walking distance. The Staffs are very courteous and attentive. Breakfast has a good spread of western and Indonesian foods. Service staff are attentive and even remember our room number after eating there for 3 mornings. The jacuzzi lack maintenance, my foot got struck to the vacuum suction and gotten some abrasion. But staff is kind to ask about my injuries during the breakfast next morning. "

"Our flights got cancelled and needed to stay in Bali for 5 extra days and nights. After three weeks of being at this hotel the hotel tried charging me 3 times the amount per night that I was paying for last three weeks. They did not want to give any discount and were quick saying no. After three weeks and may other things like construction going on no beach to swim at which was important elevator not working for 2 weeks and other things was quite disappointing. Decided to book other hotels for the the extra 5 days as I refuse to stay at Bintang again. To add to it I asked for cancel one night on March 12 as backup and although I contacted multiple people from hotel on WhatsApp none confirmed the cancellation. "

"Clean and immmaculate grounds as well as the friendliest staff everywhere. Rooms are a little dated and could use some updating, especially the bathrooms. "

"Pool was amazing! 5 year old had lots of fun on the waterslides, pools were never crowded, plenty of day beds, option to hire cabana. Room was basic, enough for 2 adults 1 child although tiny balcony no chairs only standing room. Beds were too hard for me personally but husband had no issue. Buffet breakfast very basic. Great location staff very friendly. Did not utilise kids club. "

"Stayed here for 6 nights to celebrate my partners birthday and from check in to our check out we enjoyed every moment. Short stroll to the beach and shopping on Garlic Lane, close to loads of amenities and within the hotel. Room was spacious with a nice balcony with comfy couch to relax on. Grounds were so amazing and the squirrel area waa definitely my favourite place to walk by. Thanks to everyone we interacted with, especially the breakfast staff who surpried my partner with a little cake on his birthday! Will definitely be back next time. "

"If you are going to Bali, this hotel is the place to stay. Only 25 minutes from the airport. We opted for the daily breakfast included. They have 3 different restaurants you can pick for breakfast (they all serve the same food). We did not take the full all inclusive and very happy we didn't. There is the Bali Collection just off the property that has many restaurants and spas. The staff are super friendly. There is a sports lounge that has a pool table, fooseball table and a pinball machine, all free to use. The drinks and appies at the sports lounge are great, make sure to try the Margherita pizza, it is amazing. The room was very spacious. We had a nice little deck over looking the garden. Amenities in the bathroom were amazing, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. We asked them for a foam pillow and they brought two up for us withing 1/2 hour. They also provide 6 bottles of water daily to drink or for use to brush your teeth. Towel service included and there are signs that you cannot reserve a pool lounger prior to 9:30am, if you do and you are not actively there, towel will be removed. If considering the Nusa Dua area, I would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back here the next time in Bali."
