"The rooms were not very clean. Under the beds was filthy and the carpet worn. People at the desk were super friendly and the breakfast was great!"

"The hotel was okay. Very comfortable beds. Air conditioning was very good. The only problem I had was with the birds that were roosting on the awning over the entrance to the hotel. My room was directly over that awning. The birds were noisy and their droppings were on the concrete going into the hotel. Something needs to be done to get them to relocate."

"Room was clean overall - shower was in need of buildup removal - a long term issue not on the daily staff. But the bed was comfortable and the staff was pleasant."

"This is a clean, well maintained property. It is close to plenty of places to eat. The bed was comfortable and the shower had great pressure."

"Was impressed with this place. I guess the nice thing was the indoor courtyard. I was there for my daughter’s ring ceremony at Texas Tech, and had my family there. It was nice to hang out in that middle area. Room was nice and the beds were comfortable, and the staff was fantastic. Will definitely be visiting this place again when I’m back up in Lubbock. "

"Fitted sheets had hair. Dirty towels were hanging on top of the shower rod. Shampoo and conditioner were half empty."
