"Struttura vecchia, sporca e con riscaldamento inefficace. Bagni improponibili senza finestre, asse del gabinetto rotta e sporca . Cucina mal attrezzata è datata. Odore di chiuso ovunque : nonostante le temperature polari prima di ogni sonno dovevamo spalancare le finestre . La stanza con i letti singoli è sopra un garage /officina da cui salgono odori di gasolio e mantengono fredda la stanza perché il locale sottostante non è riscaldato. "An excellent hotel, located well near the center of Bormio and with convenient parking and secured garage for bicycles. The spa is minimal but nice. Would be best if hours would be extended. Breakfast is excellent! Rooms are spacious. And the hotel has a very family atmosphere. I would definitely consider this hotel again for a trip to Bormio!"

"It was the perfect place to rest up after riding the Stelvio Pass via motorbike with my wife. Staff were helpful and the main issue with things was me just being groggy after the ride and at that elevation. Looks like they really cater to the ski crowd, so the place is setup for that in a somewhat dated and worn way, but perfectly lovely and functional. I would recommend it as a spot for the weary Stelvio Pass traveler and am interested to see it in its winter glory sometime."

"Superb customer support and service, and superb breakfast. The rooms are small but modern. The hotel team is super friendly, there are 3 floors in the hotel and there is no elevator, can you picture a 65 years old man and wife dragging their luggage to the 3rd floor. The hotel has plenty of parking spots in the back. The hotel is located on a restricted zone that you cannot enter the city without a pass. The hotel is in a superb spot close to everything. I recommend the hotel to everyone just would have hoped that there a fridge or a water heater in the room to make tea. The bathroom and rooms are all high tech and equipped with the latest technology. "
