"They do not have guest services, which is a No for me. Made a reservation for 3 adults in the room, there was only towels for 2, no extras. When i called 2 have towels brought to the room, i was told i would have to come to front desk to get them because they didn't have guest services, so every day for 3nights 4days i had to go get towels because they refused to leave enough towels for 3 guest. On first night of stay our toilet stopped up, i called to let them know this and i was told that they dont have 24 hr maintenance service but they could bring me a plunger, needless to say that didnt work and they had to switch our rooms to another floor,; which was a inconvenience because we were traveling with others and our rooms were next to each other. Although staff was nice about everything, because of all the other inconveniences, i would.nt stay here again."
